WORKSHOP:
For many women, balancing the
demands of work, family, friends, and personal time is a challenge. This
workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to explore a variety of
strategies to add more balance to their lives.
• Examine your priorities
and what “balance” means to you
• Explore key dimensions
that can help or hinder life balance
• Learn strategies and
collect tips to help you experience balance
This workshop is part of a series
offered through CAAWS
(Canadian Association for the Advancement of
Women in Sport and Physical Activity)
FACILITATOR:
As the Regional
Manager for Communities, Sport and Recreation in the Highland Region of NS (Antigonish, Pictou & Guysborough Counties), Rae is
inspired by the passionate people she meets who use recreation, sport
& physical activity to create welcoming & healthy communities. She and
her husband raise their four daughters in Scotsburn; which keeps her negotiation, problem solving and conflict
resolution skills sharp.
