Municipal Parks and Trails - Update (2)
On March 22, 2020, the Province of Nova Scotia declared a state of emergency to help contain the spread of COVID-19. As part of the recovery plan some restrictions have been lifted, as of May 15, 2020.
As directed by the Province of Nova Scotia, the following Municipality of Cumberland spaces will remain closed until further restrictions are lifted. This includes, but is not limited to:
|Springhill Lion’s Park Playground
||Parrsboro Dog Park and Playground
|Springhill Basketball Court
|Springhill Outdoor Skating Rink
|Springhill Gazebo - Pit Pond locations
Also, due to field conditions, the Springhill Baseball and Soccer Fields, and the Parrsboro Don York Baseball Field remain closed for the time being.
