Second Reading and Adoption of the By-law to Amend the Land Use By-law 26-05 took place on May 27^th, 2026 at a Regular Council meeting.

The purpose of the adopted By-law is to rezone PID 25157553, 10260 Durham St., Pugwash from Institutional (INS) Zone to the Commercial General (CGen) Zone
