TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of Cumberland intends to consider adoption (Second Reading) of the Omnibus Repeal 2024 By-Law at a Special Council meeting on Wednesday, July 24th, 2024.
The purpose of the proposed Omnibus Repeal 2024 By-law is to repeal existing by-laws of the former Towns of Parrsboro and Springhill, and the Municipality of Cumberland. This will allow the Municipality to move forward with confidence that the set of by-laws are current and relevant.
